CONFERENCE MENUS:
The menus provided aim to cater to a range of dietary preferences and restrictions. If your specific dietary requirements or allergies are not covered by the menus, we'll be happy to provide plated options for you at the event. Please visit the events team during registration to discuss your needs further. All items on the buffets will be labelled.
GETTING TO THE HYATT:
Taxis are available from the airport to the Hyatt. The cost is $40-45 each way. Ride Services such as Uber are available. Please see the Conference Mobile App in the Chatroom a discussion will be available for those interested in sharing rides to/from the airport.
CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our conference cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible to both attendees and organizers, considering the costs and planning that go into running a successful event. If you are unable to attend the conference, please let us know by April 19rd, 2024 so that we may process your request accordingly.
Refunds:
Cancellations requests by April 19, 2024, will receive a refund less a processing fee of $200.
After April 19th, all conference registration fees are non-refundable. However, we allow attendees to transfer their registration to another individual at no additional charge. If you choose to transfer your registration, please notify us in writing with the name and contact information of the person who will be attending in your place.
Cancellation by the Organizer:
In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fee. However, the organizers are not responsible for any other costs associated with attending the conference, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
Changes to the Conference:
The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any aspect of the conference, as well as to change the location, date, or time of the event. In the event of any such changes, we will notify attendees as soon as possible and will offer the option to transfer their registration to a future event or receive a full refund of their registration fee.
Please note, if you are registered at the member rate and wish to transfer your registration to a non-member the additional fees for a non-member will apply.
Force Majeure:
If the conference is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a natural disaster or governmental action, attendees will not be entitled to a refund. However, we will make every effort to reschedule the event or offer alternative arrangements if possible.

PROMOTIONS
CARA will take photographs and video and may use any such material for news or promotional purposes whether digital, in print, or any other media, including the CARA website. By participating in the Conference, Attendees, Speakers, non-registered speakers and Exhibitors grants CARA the right to use their name and photograph/video for such purposes. Attendees, Speakers, non-registered speakers and Exhibitors waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product in any format. In addition, all rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of photographs/video is waived.
