Move in hours are as follows:
Sunday May 12th 12 noon – 5 PM
Monday May 13th 6:30 – 8 AM
Computer and Monitor Rentals are available from Encore – please contact John Thai for assistance.
Power will be available for all tables
Teardown:
All items to be shipped out should be closed with return labels affixed. All shipments are to be called in for pickup. Leave boxes on table and they will be picked up by the hotel.
